Complaint: I brought my tundra to jiffylube for an oil change. They mangled my oil filter cartrige and subsequently brought the vehicle to Toyota of Orlando.

The Toyota of Orlando service adviser quoted me a price to replace it for $328.50. Jiffy lube paid for the invoice at $91.00. I inquired as to why I was quoted a 250% mark up, and was hung up on by the General Manager Bob Sevilla.

I have documentation for the service, the quote etc. The part was $54.00 and required less than 10 minutes to replace.
